    Eric Brush - Owner/Founder, Sales, Marketing

    Eric has an extensive background in the marine industry starting with a degree in Marine Affairs from University of Miami. He built and raced offshore boats during college where his mechanical and repair experience began. From there he got his 100 Ton Master Captain license and went on to run sportfish and center console boats for several years. During that time he also worked for a few boat builders. He started Smart Marine Solutions in 2010 building, restoring, and managing several boats. That business grew from a love of Sportfish and Center Console boats and their products and systems into what is today Sportfish Outfitters. He loves being able to grow a business and be around all of his friends in the industry.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Weston Albury - Operations Manager, Special Orders, Sales 

    Weston grew up in The Bahamas between Grand Bahama and Abaco and now lives in North Palm Beach. He grew up surrounded by the family business, Albury’s Ferry Service, and learned how to drive and work on boats from a young age. After a brief stint of college in the “family business” program at Stetson University, Weston went back to the Bahamas to learn his family business. There he managed charters, maintenance scheduling, parts ordering and occasionally running the scheduled runs on the ferry boats. From those aspects he learned the maintenance side of things which is knowledge he uses every day when it comes to parts and other special order items that can be purchased at Sportfish Outfitters. It was after Hurricane Dorian that he moved to South Florida and found himself working part time at Sportfish Outfitters which has since turned into his full time position. 

     

     

     

        

     

     

     

    Nicole Scotti - Product Manager, Merchandising, Outfitting, Sales 

    Nicole grew up in Palm Beach Gardens and now lives in Tequesta. She spent her childhood record fishing as an IGFA junior angler and has continued her passion tournament fishing up and down the east coast, Bahamas, and Costa Rica. An accomplished angler, she grew up fishing with her captain father and learning from some of the best in the industry. Her favorite tournament to fish each year is the Los Suenos Triple Crown due to the competition, camaraderie, and location. When she is not fishing she enjoys spending time with her friends, working out, and finding the best happy hour in Jupiter.  You can find her in the shop managing the inventory, building customer relationships, and outfitting new boats.  

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Shelby Smykay - Shipping and Receiving Associate  

    Shelby was born and raised in North Palm Beach, Florida. From a young age she has been on the water boating, fishing, and participating in water sports. While working at Sportfish Outfitters, Shelby is attending Palm Beach State College and studying to be an orthodontist. She has been at Sportfish Outfitters since August of 2023 and handles the shipping and receiving in the shop.
