Pro Account Features and Setup Instructions

Sportfish crew and owner operators can now set up a Pro Account at Sportfish Outfitters. Any customer can create a customer profile account simply by logging in with an email. Pro accounts are set up by first setting up a regular customer profile by logging in on the Sportfish Outfitters website. From there you can send a request to the Sportfish Outfitters team by calling, texting, or emailing and they will set up your boat account. 

Once the team has activated your Pro Account your dashboard and home page will look a little different when logging in. Home page features "pro" collections for new boat outfitting and quick, easy shopping for the top selling products found specifically on sportfish and center console boats. 

As a Pro Account customer your dashboard will include the following features:

• Save credit cards for easy online and in store shopping
• View past orders and easily reorder products
• View estimates and outfitting orders created by our team just for you
• Enjoy free ground shipping in the continental U.S.
• Automatic 25% off Sportfish Outfitters Apparel
• Earn loyalty rewards points that can be applied to future orders  

Home Page Special Features

The Pro Account home page was specifically set up for professional captains, crew and owner operators of sportfish and center console boats. The team at Sportfish Outfitters has created special collections using years of purchase history and experience selling to the best crews in the world. 

You will see catalogs designed for outfitting a new boat by either size or category and catalogs of popular products used by other pros and specialty hard to find products found specifically on sportfish boats that we have spent years searching for and sourcing so you don't have to. 

Instructions for account log in, features, and saved credit cards

First step is to log in to you account in the top right corner. First time users can log in here as well. 

Next, enter your email. If you use the "Shop" app you can use that or simply click the X to close the "Shop" box and enter whatever email you would like to use to proceed to next steps. A code will be sent to your email to log in. If you are additional user on a boat account, contact our team to add you to the boat account access in addition to the captain or the owner. 

Once you are on your profile screen you can shop the website or view account info such as past orders, estimates, and saved credit cards. To save a credit card for future use on your account, click "Profile" in the top right corner and "Add" next to credit card section.

Your credit card will then show up in your profile which can be used at checkout and also for in store orders. 

View Estimates, Outfitting Quotes, and Past Orders

Click "Orders" in the top left corner. If you have pending orders or estimates that were created by the Sportfish Outfitters team they will appear here along with a list of any past orders you placed either before or after Pro Account setup.
