3M Brown Doodlebug Scotchbrite Cleansing Pads have always been popular for teak cleaning on sportfish boats. Options are fine, medium, coarse and we would encourage you to only use as aggressive as you need. The coarse pads will remove the soft teak grain if used too often.  Designed for delicate surfaces and light cleaning jobs. They also work for other things on the boat such as fenders or to lightly scratch a surface prior to applying coatings.
