Walkers Cay Souse Rub
The northern-most Bahamian Island, Walkers Cay, has some of the most prolific reefs in the Caribbean and is a coveted spot for hogfish. Their light, flaky fillets make hogfish a favorite among fishermen and is delectable when paired with our Souse Rub, a classic Bahamian combination of lime, onion, allspice, and ‘plenty pepper’.
