Signing up is easy! Simply go to the Sportfish Outfitters Captain's Club account creation page and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest products. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning points!
On the Sportfish Outfitters home page you will see an icon that says "My Account" at the top right corner. Click there and sign in. That will lead you to your own account page that shows discount code for shipping, your saved products, and your points information.
Step 1: Log in to your online account.
Step 2: Navigate to a product and near the add to cart button you will see "add to my boat list"
Step 3: Return to your account page and you will see saved products in your account menu options.
Applying your earned points to future orders is easy. On your account page you will see how many loyalty points you have earned! Scroll down and click the 'Redeem' button and you will be issued a code to enter in the promo code box. Copy the code and apply your dollar amount as a discount at checkout.
When ordering online use code "club shipping" at checkout. Ground shipping up to $50 is free.
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points! Our rewards program started January 1, 2024. if you had an account prior to that you will not have points on your account.

Your points will expire after one year of store inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc
